We’re beyond stoked to premiere the debut album from SUMif on BYT today; it’s the kind of moody electropop we totally live for, and it’s officially out TOMORROW!

Twelve tracks in all, In Transit documents the life cycle of an intense but ultimately not-meant-to-be relationship.

From San Francisco-based frontwoman Steph Wells:

“I met someone who changed my world, and made me look at love and connection through a new lens. It was crazy and romantic, but it felt real. I didn’t care if I got hurt—she could have had all of me.”

This emotionally-charged trajectory plays out from start to finish on the record, and each tune (including a sweet little acoustic voice memo) is ultra-infectious in its own way. (Totally easy to see how SUMif’s sound has been compared to some of our Scandi-pop favorites, like Sigrid, Tove Lo, Mø, etc.)
