New York City
Ian Bagg @ DC Improv
One of the most accomplished road comics working today. Ian has performed everywhere and seen everything – he can do a show that’s entirely prepared material, or he can just mess around with a crowd for 90 minutes. It’s hilarious either way. He’s silly, bawdy and completely comfortable on stage. Already a hit with stand-up fanatics, Ian has gotten more national attention as a “Top 5” finalist in the 2015 edition of “Last Comic Standing.”
Gary Owen @ DC Improv
Energy and honesty have made Gary into one of the most popular touring comics in America. He’s also a crossover act unlike any you’ve ever seen – this is a guy who once won the title of “Funniest Black Comic in San Diego.” Fresh off a huge appearance at Constitution Hall in March 2016, he’ll be back in DC (where he used to be stationed during his military career) this summer. He sold out ten shows when we had him here in late 2014 …
Bert Kreischer @ DC Improv
The Bert Kreischer party train keeps picking up speed. Thanks to a Rolling Stone profile, he finished college with a reputation as the country’s biggest party animal. He spun that into TV hosting gigs and a stand-up comedy career – Bert is always on the hunt for adventure, and he loves sharing his experiences on stage. He wrote a best-selling memoir in recent years, and he’s currently the host of TWO hit shows on The Travel Channel: “Trip Flip” and “Bert the Conqueror.”
Chris D'Elia @ DC Improv
Chris D’Elia is in high demand as one of today’s most charismatic and energetic comedians. He was already an accomplished stand-up when he was cast as the male lead on “Whitney.” And the exposure from that show pushed his career into overdrive. In 2015 alone, he starred in the third season of “Undateable,” released a new Netflix special and appeared on Comedy Central’s hugely popular roast of Justin Bieber. This June, you can have a special treat: Seeing him up close at the DC Improv.
