    My first choice is the performance of the Glee club of ‘Don’t Stop Believin’ which was a part of the episode titled Pilot. The main singers were Cory Monteith and Lea Michele. This was an astounding performance which really showcased the talent that the Glee club had. Rachel and Finn showcased their talent with their amazing voices while Mr. Schuester has decided that he is definitely going to stay so that he can see the Glee club reach the success that he knows is possible. Overall, the message of the song fits in with life. A always believe in your dreams and don’t ever give up on them because they are achievable. :;

    Kind thoughts

    So normally i’m pretty good at keeping up the swag and staying cool on the dance floor but if Deceptacon by Le Tigre comes on I am going to fucking lose it. uncontrollably.

    There’s something so nostalgic and untamed in that song. Brings me right back to 2003 when I was a sophomore in High School. I came to DC from WV for the protest against the Iraqi War and Le Tigre was playing on the Mall. First gay liberating experience of my life. My first slice of acceptance. It will always be near and dear to me.

    Now, fuckin rage:

  • Midd Kid says:

    My college had a tradition where whenever Madonna’s “Like a Prayer” came on everyone had to run to the dance floor and take off their shirts. It made for a wonderful respite from the sexually awkward nature of most college students and the tradition is so ingrained in me that I have been kicked out of no fewer than 5 bars on DC for doing it after someone unknowingly put it on.

    And it goes without saying that taking off my shirt in a Smithsonian museum is close to the top of my bucket list and if that song were played I would have a good excuse :)
