August 20, 2013 | 10:05AM

Chipotle fans with a flair for southeast Asian cuisine rejoice! The second DC-based stop opened in Georgetown on Monday. And it’s just as delicious as ever.

Before delving into how the bowl tastes, know that 100% of their menu is Gluten Free. Everything from the grilled steak laab to spicy red curry sauce contains absolutely no gluten, and will not be contaminated with gluten.

For the uninitiated, the experience is familiar for anyone who’s eaten again (and again) at Chipotle. Choose a base for the bowl (jasmine rice, brown rice, chilled rice noodles, or salad), and a meat (grilled chicken satay, pork & chicken meatballs, grilled steak laab, or tofu). Add on a single veggie, sauce, garnish, and crispy topping, and you’ll walk away in under a minute with a brown bowl for about $7.

Don’t expect to discern many of the ingredients once served. You’re more than welcome to pick out bits of steak and charred corn, but when mixed together, you’ll fill your mouth with flavors better than when they were separated.
