The promise of rain made WORN Magazine/WORN Abroad’s team reschedule their initial ISSUE 4 launch plans from September 22nd to this Sunday, September 30th. Still, a change of date didn’t deter a veritable who’s-who of DC’s well-dressed, well-photographed, and those-who-do-the-photographing (who also happen to, in some cases, cross over into the well-photographed area themselves) to show up at the Capitol Skyline and celebrate their new edition (themed: transport), all shot by local photographers using clothing from local shops and designers at locations right here in our neighborhoods.
