Warm up to the thought of BYT’s COWBOY CAMP this Saturday (now with Mechanical Bull, courtesy of vitaminwater) by observing photos of the Chris Burns/DURKL SWIM MEET (this time around feat. Nacey, Steve Starks and Gavin Holland) which happens sporadically @ the Embassy Row Hilton. Babes etc.

just because we lost the world cup doesn’t mean you have to take it out on the party….. I had no complaints, but then again, I did come more than a few minutes after 11:59 am
Total sham. Last time I went, they started charging people early because “it was getting full.” No shit Sherlock, because people were trying to beat the cover charge! If the advertisement says no cover, don’t charge a cover. There were a few mildly attractive people, but way too much vag for the homos. Stick to Summer Camp.
This was free before 12, but as I got there at 11:45, there was no one manning the table to let people in. A few minutes later, a single girl made it to the table to let people in. If you didn’t manage to make it to the table before noon, even though you waited while no one was there, you had to pay 10 dollars. Luckily I made it before noon, only to get upstairs, see how overcrowded it was with no place to sit around the barricaded pool, and left immediately.
On the other hand, the music was good and they were thoughtful with the food.
A bigger pool and a little more organization will make this a party I would return to.
