This Friday, we celebrate 40 years of Pride in the nation’s capital with a spectacular BYT/Capital Pride FLASHBACK Opening Party at Arena Stage. The party is both retro and fitness themed. So, break out your leg warmers, your best Space Jam gear, headbands, running outfits, and whatever else your imagination tells you to wear, and let’s get physical. Need some inspiration? You’re in luck. We’ve asked the fabulous Summer Camp to meet us at VIDA Fitness at the Yards to lead us through 40 years of fabulous fitness from the 1970’s to today (with friends that include Jezzibell Jaxknife and Salvadora Dali).
