DC has its own flag, an iconic design originating from George Washington’s family crest. DCers celebrated DC Flag Day in Dupont Circle and along with Eighteenth Street Lounge last week. Guests wore DC Flag tees, showed off their DC Flag tattoos, and brought their DC Flags to wave (and of course we had to check it out).

Congresswoman Eleanor Norton is a huge hipster. I’m surprised she hasn’t written a dismissive concert review for us before.
