OMG You guys-just how much fun was BURST!? (!)
So much so that trying to recap it is almost impossible. In fact, it is almost impossible that you got to experience ALL of the awesome that was around that night because Artisphere’s every nook and cranny was filled with (good) surprises (other people agree too). THANK GOD WE HAD HALF A DOZEN PHOTOGRAPHERS on the job to capture it all, it would have been too much for just a couple to handle. So…lets run through some highlights of what you’ll see in the photos:

• DJ’s DEEP SUGAR (feat. ULTRA NATE!) AND CHRIS BURNS in what I will venture to say was the best vibed dance night you ever went to in DC ever (or at least this fall for sure)
• the OPEN wine and PBR BAR and all the free vitaminwater and popchips your heart desired (thank you!!!!)
• and FAMILY HEMERLEIN ALL-STARS PERFORMANCE IN AN IMAX THEATER with the lovely and amazing Brooke Van Poppelen and Carsie Blanton joining Matt and Seaton
• and the slate of PERFORMANCE ARTISTS led by Oui Oui, Non Non, Kelly Bond and Christylez Bacon
• skatboarder/artist Sean Greene was giving demonstrations inside the Artists’ Lab
• and SWEET SKATEBOARD ART and DID I MENTION BAJILLIONS OF BALLOONS? BAJILLIONS.
• ALL YOU LOVELY, LOVELY PEOPLE looking hot and dry humping those bajillions of balloons
• TLC filming an episode of their new reality show Totally Twisted (maybe we should have a viewing party when it airs?)
• some other stuff
