This past Thursday, Freer & Sackler Galleries continued the (strong) bid for their spot in the after hours universe with a Cambodian Pop Rocks edition of their “Asia After Dark” series (this was the 5th installment overall), which also kicked off kicks off the Asian Art Revolution and included a sneak preview of Fiona Tan: Rise and Fall which officially opened this Saturday, September 25.
Music was provided by Yellow Fever DJs, onomonomedia was there in effect with their amazing photo booth, and Pink Line hosted an interview series. And, yes, there were actual pop rocks around.
GOOD TIMES.
