If you hadn’t noticed, BYT loves Comic-Con. Why shouldn’t we? It’s a magical land where rules of logic, gravity, temperature or social standing make no difference. You’ll see elves on shelves and Batman riding an escalator. If you look to the left, you’ll see that Draco Malfoy kid signing autographs for a gazillion dollars (we tried stalking; it didn’t work). If you look to the right, you’ll see K-Pop dance routines from girls in slutty maid costumes. Where can you go wrong? You can’t. So whether we’re Sci-Fi Speed Dating at NYCC or getting some costume inspiration for our Halloween parties (in DC on Friday and on the 31st in NYC),
We gave you some good ol’ fashioned coverage when we first returned but there’s nothing quite like seeing it in person. Obviously you can’t if you’re sitting at your computer and missed out this last go around (better luck next year, chump) but a video is sort of second best. Right? OK, that’s a lie. Sorry, guys.
Feast your eyes upon psychic cat ears, lego fortresses, costumes, sculptures of E.T. wearing a Michael Jackson glove and so much more. We salute your strangeness, Comic-Con.
