Movie Ticket Giveaway: WANDERLUST
February 17, 2012 | 2:15PM

I’m not gonna lie-a lot of stuff about WANDERLUST seems pretty awesome to me:

  • Paul Rudd is in it
  • Jennifer Aniston is getting her comedy groove back on (HORRIBLE BOSSES was a start, but there’s plenty to go until things like “Marley & Me” and “Just Go With It” are erased from my scarred memory)
  • Judd Apatow is producing
  • the theme of yuppies vs. hippies has always been a fun one
  • Justin Theroux is in it too
  • and pretty much everything else as well:

New Orleans for its easy going style, music, and cocktails to go.

  • BjorkfanSoph says:

I’m not picky, anywhere I can have a mountain view and some sort of body of water. First choice America, second choice Europe.

I would love to move to New York City for the entertainment and diverse culture!

  • Brittan says:

Sydney, Australia. A cosmopolitan and stunning city with everything you could ever desire: a local coffee/cafe culture, an all-hours diverse nightlife (dayclub, anyone?), gorgeous beaches with bright blue water, some of the world’s most unique flora and fauna (where else can you feed wild cockatoos in the parks and EAT kangaroo?), an amazing music scene (the indie scene is incredible), a laid-back and egalitarian culture where you can find doctors and plumbers having a beer (or seven) together at the local pub, and, last but not least, beautiful and friendly women (and men) with sexy accents. How could you not want to live Down Under?

Tahiti, so that I can relive my childhood dreams of being a Barbie Superstar!
Tahiti Barbie = best doll in the Barbie Superstar line :)

Madrid, Spain- I lived there for 6 months 5 years ago and I still haven’t gotten used to NOT taking a nap at 2pm everyday…

I would move to Germany! I’ve always been fascinated by German culture, and I think I would love it there.

    ORLANDO! I love you, Orlando
    Home of Sea World
    and Disney
    and Putt-Putt Golfing

Cape Town. Most beautiful place on earth. And have you seen the boys and heard their accent? ;)

  • padrock says:

I would move to an tropical island off the coast of peru where I would have a wacky octopus neighbor who teaches me how to be a better father and husband.

After visiting for a day as part of a cruise this past fall, my fiancee and I have decided that we’ll be spending our retirement years in Costa Rica. Beautiful beyond compare, white sand beaches with crystal clear blue water, rainforests, howler monkeys, great food, low cost of living – what more can you ask for?!?!

Darwin, Minnesota, home of the world’s largest ball of twine to be made by a single person. Sure, the one in Branson, Missouri is slightly bigger, but that was made by a bunch of people. But Darwin is where it’s at. I would be the rowdiest partier at Twine Ball Day (second Saturday of every August).

I would move to the attick of my friends house but no tell him I was living there … how else am I supposed to hide from the police

  • Realist says:

I would move to Pensacola, FL. Reason? Because my education and income would probably mean more there than it does in DC. and it’d be easier to get dates and hook-ups. They also have some nice beaches now that the oil is gone. Just being honest!

  • DH says:

Back home! I miss Seattle every day – so much water and gorgeous mountains in the distance. And the great vegan food!

  • fmakle says:

I would move to northwestern Florida because I can be in three states within hours, almost like I can be in two states (Maryland and Virginia) within minutes because I live in Washington, DC. I can’t imagine living in a long state like California, driving for hours and still be in the same state.

  • jengon74 says:

Brazil for sure. My mom is from there and I have tons of family there, except I would only visit them in the “Iowa” of the country and would live in a hut on the beach in Bahia and sell snacks and braid hair for a living under the beautiful sunny sky.

  • BASH says:

Greenland. Lots of ice, not a lot of people. Perfect for the antisocial hermit with ice running through her veins.

  • Ysheldo says:

Bend Oregon for the craft beer

  • Sasha says:

Rio de Janeiro, the name of the city itself sounds like mardi gras.
Danse, live music, people, beaches,…a city bustling with animations.
But it’s not just the city, it’s Brazil, Amazonia, astonishing landscapes, forests, rivers…my Indiana Jones spirit cannot resist to the promise of adventure.

Rio? A city for a bright young lady, don’t you think? sounds perfect for me.

  • chris says:

Assuming I’m not too dumb to learn the language, Greece. The dollar probably goes pretty far right about now, so its affordable. More importantly, it’s composed largely of islands with great beaches, dramatic cliffs, and the Adriatic and Aegean Seas. The one time I was there, the people were extremely friendly. The seafood would be great, and they are apparently making fine wines (other than retsina) these days. It’s a bedrock of western culture, and with old buildings and ruins of old buildings, it is hard to imagine a place where one would live with such a strong sense of cultural history.

  • Brother taff says:

Liverpool city centre for the music, culture, and of course, the mighty reds.

  • Aleks says:

I could move here: Trinidad and Tobago:)Because the green is cheap and it is beautiful, beautiful people, beautiful beaches…who would ask for more.

  • candres says:

Washington, DC because nothing is stopping me from picking up and moving anywhere in the world — I just choose to live in the city that I love. It helps that all the women are beautiful and brilliant.

  • akiri says:

To Virgin Gorda a small island in the British Virgin Islands. The tranquility, the baths, trails, beaches and most of all the people are great!!! Love the food too.

  • Peppermint Hippo says:

Venice before it’s gone, and for the bragging rites!

  • pashadag says:

    Into your pants.

  • CC says:

I would move to Berlin and learn German and do other things like dance.
