MEATOPIA: A Protein-Packed Preview

WARNING: This post is NSFV (Not Safe for Vegans), so probably stop reading right now if you are not a carnivore. Or maybe just start eating meat again.

When I Googled “cool carnivores” this is what came up: carnivorous plants, sharks, dinosaurs and polar bears. And you’re all, “But why didn’t my name show up? I am the COOLEST of the carnivores, Megan.” Well, not yet you aren’t, because you haven’t been to MEATOPIA. That’s right, and entire TOPIA of MEAT, and it’s happening this weekend at Randall’s Island. Here are some things from Belcampo Meat Co. events past to get your imagination going:

Now that you have all these images of MEAT MEAT MEAT dancing in your head, I’ll leave you to fantasize about Uruguayan chef Santiago’s Lamb Uruguay Style with Chimichurri Sauce and Galletas de Campo (LATIN FLARE FARE) which is not pictured but will be inside your stomach very soon.
