Out in Uganda: Reception with Blessed B Rwomushana
Uganda may be the most politically homophobic country in the world, yet its LGBT community continues to fight back against a government which seems determined to pass the death penalty for homosexuality. The DC Center is hosting a reception for Ugandan activist Blessed B Rwomushana. It’s a great opportunity to meet other local queers, and to hear more about Uganda’s LGBT community.
