As far as signs of summer in DC go, the time when the outdoor movie festival season is announced counts as my favorite. Pack a picnic, bring your friends, frienemies and love (dis)interests and enjoy the best in outdoor entertainment this city has to offer. This summer brings a little bit of something for everyone (apocalypse! rom coms! apocalyptic rom coms! election comedies! muppets!) and while a few schedules have not been announced quite yet (SCREEN ON THE GREEN among them) with not one, not two BUT THREE of this Summer’s Movie Series kicking off THIS WEEK (Starting tonight) we figured we’d best not waste any time to share these with you.
READY? OK.

The HIRSHHORN SUMMER CAMP MOVIE SERIES feat. Godzilla is from 2009.
whoops-duly noted. deleted!
Sad to report that the Hirshhorn will not be airing Godzilla all summer. That link goes to the 2009 schedule.
Can you make a google calendar with all these details? That would be perfect!
