Well, as much as ELECTION NIGHT was fun (and OMG-it certainly was), anyone that has ever been in DC during a January following the election and/or visited the First Ladies exhibit at the Museum of American History KNOWS that the pageantry of Inauguration weekend is where the fun TRULY starts.

Lucky for us, DC stores seem to have taken a hint and within DAYS of election we got a first Inauguration Salon Shopping Pop Up. Which is exciting news in and of itself, but add to that the fact that said Pop Up is a collaboration between the great minds of Hu’s Wear and the LA based vintage beacon DECADES and you (if not your wallet) have extra reasons to celebrate. Add to that a special window dressing collaboration with the David Lynch designed Dom Perignon selection in the shop windows, and January 19th may as well be here already.
