DC gets brave! There was some major statement-making in the last week, but here are a few snaps I took while at the W and the after party for the Renegade DC opening. An edgy way to wear a pastel bow tie, a denim jacket with a hyper-structured skirt and heels, and a boho-tribal infused outfit courtesy of Joey Wolffer of the Styleliner; these looks all show some serious personal style.
Hello all! As you know, we spent most of Chicago exploring the city and wanted to showcase some of the areas we visited. I wanted an outfit that was light in layers but yet still will keep me warm when the temp dips low at night. Also what better way to explore the city but in comfy flats, especially when walking everywhere was a must for us.

My favorite color right now is the ever popular spring ’12 color, mint. I’ve been wearing these pants on a daily basis and I wanted the colored pants to shine through on today’s outfit post by pairing it with the simplicity of a crisp white blouse. It’s an easy look to achieve and you could interchange your shoes with a solid colored pump, but I couldn’t resist adding leopard to the outfit;)
