(Chris Leaman // Washingtonian) - Jeanne Clarke Harris, a donor of large, illegal sums of money to Mayor Gray’s campaign, is pleading guilty to circumventing both federal and local laws in place to prevent corruption. Harris allegedly donated over $650,000 in undeclared funds to the Mayor’s campaign. (via WJLA)
