No matter what your state-of-CULTS-mind is right now -they do make some of the most perfect, breezy summer music around, which makes them perfect for breezy summer festivals that are smart enough to book them. This has always been my favorite CULTS song: it sort of crept up on me and frankly, I can’t get enough of it even now, over a year since I first heard it: the chanting chorus, the way it starts out like a whisper and ends in a broad, (actually) cult-like sweep (perfect to swoop your cult-like hair to)…everything about it is perfect.

When pop music is this good, it is the best thing that can happen to you.
