New York City
Medium Cindy Kaza @ DC Improv
Cindy is an evidential medium; she brings forth specific information about people on the other side, connecting her audience with the spirit world and conveying messages from the departed. Cindy is based in Nashville and Los Angeles, but her work takes her all around the world. Now, it’s bringing her back to
. for another performance at the DC Improv.
Hypnotist Flip Orley @ DC Improv
No two Flip Orley shows are the same, which is why he's been a DC Improv favorite since the 1990s. Flip uses hypnosis to turn audience members into the stars of the show. He leads volunteers through twisted scenarios, getting reactions that are almost beyond belief – and he does it all without humiliating anyone. Whether you’re on stage or watching from the audience, Flip’s show is unforgettable. And no, we weren’t hypnotized into writing this.
Tom Papa @ DC Improv
Tom’s a master of observational comedy, laying out his side of the story with a mix of exasperation and amusement. Respected by people throughout the entertainment industry – everyone from Jerry Seinfeld to Rob Zombie is a fan – he has landed gigs as an actor and a game show host. (You can see him right now on Fox’s “Boom!”) He’s also in charge of “Come to Papa,” a podcast and radio program that features top-notch comedic and celebrity guests.
Rod Man @ DC Improv
The Atlanta comedy scene has produced some our favorite performers -- guys like Earthquake, Arnez J and Bruce Bruce. This April, we’ll be adding Rod Man to that list. Rod’s talents and laid-back Southern charm already propelled him to victory on “Last Comic Standing,” when he won season 8. Now they’re bringing him to the DC Improv stage to headline this club for the first time.
